Parent Resource Library

The Franklin County Children's Task Force offers a Parent Resource Library.Parenting information in the form of books, videos, pamphlets, and other written material for parents and professionals. The resource library is located at the FCCTF office and is free.

The Franklin County Children's Task Force offers a Parent Talkline. Parents are encouraged to call. Talk with a trained professional about parenting issues, get child-related information and resource information both crisis or non-crisis. Call 778-6960 or toll free 1-888-429-6960.
