The Franklin County Children's Task Force is a private, not-for-profit corporation committed to strengthening families and preventing child abuse and neglect through mobilizing community resources and advocating for and providing services that promote healthy children and families.

Changes ...
The first change, due to the difficult economic times, is our new hours of operation which are Monday through Thursday 8:30-4:30.  Because of the reduction in hours, we recommend that you call first to make sure the office is open.  Growing Healthy Families, the long standing home visiting program housed at the FCCTF will be called Maine Families.  For details see the June Newsletter.  Lastly FCCTF is offering a new program - Supervised Visitation/Safe Exchange.   See: Supervised Visitation web page and the brochure for details.

The Franklin County Children’s Task Force will once again be holding the annual Walk-A-Thon in our efforts to help the children of Franklin County through various programs designed to educate parents and to stop abuse before it happens.  Please ask your family, friends, co-workers or club members to join you this year in the crusade
to make a difference in the life of a child.
